No. V Player is a media player application only. It does not provide any channels, playlists, or content. You must acquire your own playlists from external providers. V Player is not responsible for the content used within the app.
After installing V Player, your MAC address and Device Key will be displayed on screen. Sign in at vplayer.us/customer/login with them and choose a 1-Year or Lifetime license to activate your device. Once activated, you can start adding playlists.
Open V Player on your device. The MAC address and Device Key are displayed on the main screen. You can also find them in the app settings.
Visit vplayer.us/customer/login and enter your MAC address and Device Key. From the dashboard, you can add your own playlists. You can also add playlists directly from the app.
Each device has separate WiFi and Ethernet MAC addresses. When you switch connection types and restart the app, a different MAC address may be activated. MAC addresses are unique to each device and cannot be changed manually.
This can be caused by ISP restrictions if your devices are on different networks. If on the same network, your TV may not support specific stream formats. Not every Smart TV supports all content formats.
Check your internet connection speed and stability. Contact your playlist provider about server stability. Close background apps on your device and restart it. V Player requires a stable internet connection for smooth streaming.
The parental PIN allows you to lock specific playlists so they cannot be viewed or modified without entering the PIN. You can set or reset your parental PIN at vplayer.us/customer/login under 'Parent PIN'.
Yes. Login to your device dashboard at vplayer.us/customer/login and navigate to 'Switch MAC'. Enter your new device's MAC address to transfer your activation, playlists, and license. Note that this can only be done once.
You can add up to 5 playlists per device. Standard playlist formats are supported.
Your device needs to be activated. Sign in at vplayer.us/customer/login with your MAC address and Device Key and choose a license to activate it. If you were previously activated, your license may have expired — sign in to renew.
V Player supports EPG (Electronic Program Guide) if your playlist provider includes EPG data. The app does not have a built-in EPG system.
