Troubleshooting
App Stuck on Loading Page
Possible Causes
- Playlist errors
- Internet connection issues
- ISP blocking streaming traffic
Solutions
Restart the app 2–3 times.
If the issue persists: remove your current playlist at vplayer.us, restart the app, and check if the demo playlist loads correctly.
If demo playlist works: contact your playlist provider — the issue is with your playlist. If demo playlist also fails: check your internet connection and contact your ISP.

Log in at vplayer.us/customer/login using your current (old) MAC ID.
Navigate to the Switch MAC section in your account.
Enter your new MAC ID and confirm the switch. Your license will transfer automatically.
Resetting Playlists
Visit vplayer.us/customer/login.
Log in using your MAC address and Device Key.
Go to Playlists and delete any existing entries.
Add your new working playlist.
Resetting playlists will remove all existing playlists on your device.
Why Is My Playlist Freezing?
Freezing and buffering are usually caused by one of three common factors:
Internet Connection
Check your network speed and stability. A slow or unstable connection is the most common cause of buffering.
Server Stability
The issue may be on your playlist provider's end. Contact your provider to check server status.
Device Performance
Close background apps and restart your device to free up memory and processing power.
